Account and privacy requests
- To delete your account, use the in-app Delete Account option in Settings.
- If you want follow-up backend cleanup or help with a deletion request, email support directly.

Common issues
- If Google Sign-In fails, confirm that you are using a supported Google account and that network access is available.
- If music or sound is missing, restart the app and confirm your device is not muted and media playback is allowed.
- If a run does not resume correctly, include the round you were on and whether the app was closed normally or after a crash.
